This will add "new mail message" to the list of "New" options you get if you right-click on your desktop. This is a very handy feature if you don't want to have to completely open up Internet Mail to send a new mail message. Simply use this feature to create the option, then right-click on your desktop and select New | Mail Message. A "new message" window will pop up, without you having to open Internet Mail first.
